Pursuant to Art. 13 para. 1 and 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, we inform you that:

- Your personal data for the conclusion and performance of the purchase contract as well as for advertising purposes, including „profiling“, in relation to products and services of the seller pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 (a), (b) and (f) GDPR, whereby the legal interest of the person responsible is to be understood as the assertion of claims arising from the concluded purchase contract.
- Recipients of your personal data are companies that cooperate with the seller and are responsible for the proper performance of the purchase contract on behalf of the seller
- Your personal data will be stored until the statute of limitations for claims arising from the purchase contract or until the obligation to store data as required by law, including in particular the obligation to retain accounting documents relating to the contract, expires and the data collected for advertising purposes will be processed in this area for 5 years from the date of consent or until your consent is revoked,
- You have the right of access to your personal data, the right to request a copy of data that has been corrected, deleted, restricted or forgotten,
- if the basis for the processing of your personal data is a legal interest of the controller, you have the right to object within the meaning of Art. 21 GDPR, in particular against the processing of your personal data for advertising purposes, including for profiling,
- irrespective of the above rights to the extent that the basis for the processing of your personal data is consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until its withdrawal. Your consent will be revoked using the form below or by contacting the person responsible.
- In order to exercise your rights, you should contact the person responsible for processing your data or the data protection officer.
- Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area, i.e. to a third country/international organisation.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data if you find that the processing of your personal data violates GDPR rules.
- Providing your personal data voluntarily, but is necessary for the conclusion and fulfilment of the purchase contract. The provision of your personal data for advertising purposes, including profiling, in relation to the Seller’s products and services is voluntary.
- Your personal data will not be processed using automated procedures. Your data is processed via ordinary profiling, so that it can be adapted to the seller’s offer according to your needs.
