Rating: Heike, 44 years old
I have heard for a long time that vitamin D3 must be taken. When I read articles by doctors and nutritionists, I had the impression that it really affects everything. I have heard that his deficiency can contribute to osteoporosis, especially in women. As it impairs the maintenance of healthy bones, it also plays an important role in preventing dental health. However, what really convinces me to take the vitamin is the fact that it supposedly also influences the mood. Its lack can even lead to depression! That’s why I use it in autumn and winter, but also in summer, for example, when I stay in the office for a long time, without sunshine.
Vigantol
The preparation is intended for people who want to supplement their diet with vitamin D3, especially in autumn and winter when the synthesis is severely restricted due to insufficient sunlight. The most important properties of vitamin D3 are: support of immunity, maintenance of healthy bones and teeth, support of muscle function, maintenance of adequate calcium levels in the blood.
